Prahran Market - Hagen's Organic Butcher

Hagen’s Organics at the Prahran Market was the premiere Hagen’s store and was first opened in 1999 by Sue and Royce Hagen.

Initially Sue and Royce had a organic fruit and vegetable store, however, after seeing a growing demand for organic and locally-sourced meat, Sue and Royce then moved into the meat hall to open one of Victoria's first organic butcher shops.

Our Prahran Market store has been kicking for 25 years. The locals of our store have come to expect and rely on the high quality of product and service available. Prahran’s product offering has attracted a band of loyal followers for the bone marrow burgers.
